Regional Sales Partner – Europe

We are looking to appoint experienced and versatile Regional Sales Partners in Europe.

The successful candidate will have the drive and enthusiasm to spearhead sales growth. The person needs to be comfortable in presenting in local languages as well as English, both on the phone and in person. Ideally the person would be from an Electric or Telecoms utility background, either project related who wants to develop into a sales role or an existing sales professional looking for a fresh and dynamic challenge.

The role is commision based.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media
  • Follow through on all sales enquiries to sale or end point
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Microsoft Teams and face to face when appropriate to do so.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Polesaver products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company at exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with fellow Polesaver team members to achieve better results during 6 weekly External Sales Meetings by TEAMS.
  • Feedback to Head of Sales & Marketing comments and feedback from customers 
  • Attend internal meetings as required (by way of Microsoft TEAMS)
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams & record on CRM system ensuring all records are kept up to date
  • Regular communication with existing customers to ensure ongoing good relations whilst maximising sales and where necessary make on-site visits
  • Contacting dormant customers with a view to reinvigorating them. We will provide Marketing Support by Email shots/Monthly Newsletters campaigns to any given Territory
  • Follow up of new customers to offer support as required and any concerns or issues are addressed promptly
  • Prospecting for new customers using qualified system leads and leads resulting from web visits data etc
  • Make sales visits to prospective customers when appropriate
  • Provide customer support and training as reasonably required
  • Complete Monthly Reports, Market Report and Visit Reports to the required deadline and submit these to your immediate line Manager
  • Assist with translations for Marketing and Powerpoint Sales & Technical presentations into local languages 
  • Actively engage during Company presentations to ensure we convey the correct message and Value Proposition “+20POLESAVER” to customers.
  • Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing to ensure all activities are aligned with that of other RSM’s.
  • Differentiate +20POLESAVER from REMEDIAL TREATMENT.
