Polesaver has expanded its U.S. distribution network with stock of pole protection products available for immediate dispatch to utilities direct from the Polesaver distribution centre or through Wesco, Anixter and Irby.
The move ensures product is available with minimal lead times for utilities and contractors sourcing Polesaver’s pole protection technology. With stock held in the U.S., orders can be quickly and easily fulfilled.
Polesaver’s representative network has also expanded to cover 48 states, providing utilities with local points of contact alongside established distribution channels.
The company said the combination of U.S.-based stock, national distribution and local representation is designed to streamline procurement for utilities through existing supply channels backed up with direct on the ground sales and product support.
“Availability is a key part of supporting utilities,” said Simon McArt, Global Sales Manager at Polesaver. “By holding stock in the U.S. and working with established national and regional distributors and representatives, we can respond quickly to demand while providing utilities with local access to both product and support.”
The expanded U.S. network comes at a time when utilities are focusing on grid hardening whilst maximising the service life of wood pole infrastructure. Local availability is particularly important for maintenance programs and disaster recovery, where urgent and timely manufacturer support is needed within relatively short project timescales.
Polesaver’s ever expanding U.S. distribution partner network includes Wesco, Irby and Anixter, with sales representatives now covering the 48 contiguous United States.
